Orders are processed securely through Paypal using your Paypal account or a major credit card.
6.875% MN State Tax is included in our prices.
If you have a discount or promo code, please use it at checkout.
Shipping is determined at checkout.
We currently only ship within the United States.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.
Jewelry only orders:
USPS First Class - $5 flat rate (2-5 days transit)
All other orders:
USPS First Class or Priority Mail - rate will be calculated at checkout.
Orders $100 or more ship free! Use code “FREESHIP” at checkout.
Free shipping may not be available during special promotions.
All shipping includes tracking.
You will receive an email including tracking information when your package is shipped.
All returns/refunds/exchanges are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once they are received by the boutique.
Items are to be returned in the original condition they were shipped and free of wear, odor, stains, and with tags intact.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the boutique is not at fault. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the original sales receipt.
We can not accept exchanges on sale items.
When contacting us please have your order number and date of purchase.
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. In the event a wrong item is shipped or an item is defective please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item for a store credit. Because we are a specialized boutique and keep a small inventory, we may not be able to exchange items.
Jewelry items are unique and one-of-a-kind therefore exchanges can not be made. Each piece is handcrafted and made to last however we understand sometimes jewelry breaks. If you have caught a piece of jewelry on something and it broke and you would like it repaired please contact us ASAP. In most cases we can repair broken pieces at no cost to you other than shipping. If there is a defect in the item, please contact us according to our refund policies below for a refund.
Wrong Item/Size/Color Exchanges
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. In the event a wrong item is shipped or an item is defective please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item for a store credit or refund.
Because we are a specialized boutique and keep a small inventory, we may not be able to exchange items. To exchange an item for another size or color, please contact us immediately to check availability.
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt of order. Requests to return/exchange items and get a RA# can be made by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or filling out the contact us form. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must come with tracking. We don’t guarantee that we will receive returned items.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will send the customer an email notification that we have received the returned item(s) and the status of the return. Approved returns will be processed within 10 business days. If a refund is due the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.
Returns that don’t meet our policies (items returned with odor, stains, tags removed, etc.) will not be approved and the refund will automatically be forfeited. In that case, the item(s) can be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
